Katie Pilbeam is a knowledgeable news presenter and business host with a wealth of live studio, breaking news and on location broadcasting experience.

She has worked for Reuters TV, TRT World, ​​TalkTV, London Live News, IG Markets, London Stock Exchange, TP ICAP, The Times and Proactive Investors.

Katie is also a trained financial market analyst.

She has anchored rolling news coverage of the Israel–Hamas and Ukraine-Russia wars, the failed Wagner group mutiny on Moscow, the NATO 2023 Vilnius summit, the cost of living crisis in the UK and King Charles III’s coronation. And provided live market analysis in the aftermath of the UK’s vote to leave the EU.
​As well as anchoring, Katie has presented special feature shows from the Red Square in Moscow, the Sochi Winter Olympics, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the St Petersburg Economic Forum and the Shanghai Financial Forum.

An NCTJ qualified journalist, with a degree in English Literature and background in newspaper journalism, Katie is highly motivated and adaptable with experience of self-shooting and editing to tight deadlines, as well as writing scripts and sourcing guests.
